We price based on volume — how much space your items take up in our truck — plus any labor or demolition time required. All quotes are upfront and confirmed before we start. No hidden fees, no hourly rates, no surprises.

Do you offer same-day service?

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes — the State of Texas requires 8.25% sales tax on residential junk removal services. We include it in your written quote so the total price is clear before we start the job.

What items do you take?

Do I need to be home for curbside pickup?

No. For curbside pickup, just leave items outside and we'll grab them. We'll send a photo when the job is done so you have proof everything was picked up.

Yes. We remove items from any part of your home — second-floor apartments, attics, below-grade storage, tight stairwells. Tell us what you're working with so we bring the right crew size.

Yes — whenever items are in usable condition, we route them to local DFW donation partners before disposal. It's better for the community and better for the landfill.

Absolutely. Single-item pickups are an everyday job for us — mattresses, recliners, TVs, fridges, you name it. Minimum pickup pricing applies.

Yes — professionally and respectfully. No judgment, no pressure. We don't handle biohazard cleanup or mold remediation, but anything short of that is on the table.

Yes, every room — kitchen, bedrooms, garage, attic, shed, yard. Whole-house cleanouts are one of our most common jobs across DFW.

Yes — sheds (wood, metal, vinyl), decks, fences, patios, hot tubs, small barns, gazebos, playsets, and similar small-to-medium structures.

Do I need to prep the shed or hot tub?

No prep needed except electrical disconnection for hot tubs and any shed wired for power. A licensed electrician needs to do the disconnect before we arrive — we handle everything downstream.

Do you need a permit for demolition?

Most DFW cities don't require permits for sheds, decks, fences, or hot tubs. Larger structures like mobile homes and barns usually do — we'll walk you through what your specific city requires.

Pianos, safes, AC units, gym equipment — can you take it all?

Yes, all handled. Uprights, baby grands, gun safes, treadmills, hot tubs, riding mowers. Pressurized refrigerants on AC units must be evacuated first by a licensed HVAC tech.

Heavy items add a labor surcharge on top of the volume price — typically reflected in the upfront quote. We tell you the full price before we lift anything.

Yes. We do office furniture cleanouts, retail fixture removal, warehouse junk, restaurant equipment, and apartment complex turnovers. After-hours and weekend service available.
