Had a great experience with the Texas Junk Brothers. They were very careful with my property removing a bunch of old ruble and random objects i’ve been meaning to get rid of for years. They were on time and did a great job!

Update: I wanted to update my previous review. I have changed my original 1-star review to 5 stars. After my initial experience, I received a phone call from the owner, who sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. They explained that the missed appointments were due to an unexpected surge in clientele, which caused scheduling delays. The service was completed today, and the team arrived and finished the job in a timely and professional manner. I greatly appreciate the owner's follow-up, communication, professionalism, and commitment to making things right. Although the initial scheduling issues were frustrating, I appreciate that they took responsibility, communicated with me, and resolved the situation. Excellent customer service is about how a company responds when things don't go as planned, and Texas Junk Brothers did just that. Based on how they handled the situation and the quality of the completed service, I have updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars and would gladly use Texas Junk Brothers again in the future. ______________________________________________________________ I do not recommend Texas Junk Brothers. I scheduled an appointment the week before for Monday, June 29, 2026, with an arrival window of 1:00–1:30 p.m. By 1:40 p.m., no one had arrived, and I had not received a phone call. Around 1:40 p.m., I decided to called to ask if someone was still coming. I was told they were running behind on their current job and that they would call me when they were on their way. I never received a return call, and no one showed up for my scheduled appointment. The next day, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, I called about the missed appointment. They apologized and rescheduled me for Thursday, July 2, 2026. Once again, no one called, and no one came. My time was completely wasted, and I was repeatedly given promises that were never kept. If the company was unable to provide the service, they should have communicated honestly instead of leaving me waiting twice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Texas Junk Brothers.

Texas Junk Brothers to the rescue! I had two massive TV's (remember how huge they were before flat screens), that had been taking up 50% of my tiny entry for 4 months while waiting to get my truck fixed. Today, I reached the end of my tether. I called around noon and they were loaded on a truck and gone by 2! In spite of a torrential downpour! I sent photos and was given a confirmed price on the phone. None of the crazy "Here's the price range, but our driver will determine the final price when he gets there" that i got from another company. Every person i interacted with, on the phone and in person, was professional and helpful.

My experience this morning 6/4/26, was a great one, called to get a quote and asked some questions and received service the same day. The two wonderful gentlemen that came out, very professional, courteous, pleasant, very knowledgeable and most of all worked very efficiently and fast. This was my first time using this company and will use them very quickly in the future, hands down recommend Texas Junk Brothers. Keep up the great work.

Texas Junk Removal provided excellent service in efficiently removing all of my unwanted items. The two junk removers who completed the job were professional and deserving of a 5-star rating. I will definitely consider using their services again in the future.

Texas Junk Brothers came the same day I called them. They quickly answered my call. Which is great because if a business doesn't answer the phone they don't want my business. Erick was efficient in removing my old fridge and even helped me unwrap and place my new garage fridge where it needed to go.

Extremely great at what he does! Spoke with Tyler yesterday about a haul off and he was out the very next day and removed everything! Also went above and beyond talking to code enforcement where we live to make sure I didn’t get a ticket! Highly recommend! 10 out of 5 stars!!!! Reasonable rates as well!!!!!
